Telepathy Is A State Of Mind
Do you know that almost every human being only uses approximately 10 percent of their brains? Do you know that many individuals are clueless about the functioning of the remaining 90 percent?
However, the majority of humanity does not realize that we all have in instinctive ability to communicate with one another without moving a physical muscle or speaking a word.
This ability remains unused by us since we don't cultivate it. As we grow up we are encouraged only to talk, and not to explore this innate ability of the mind.
Consequently those abilities have faded into the background simply to surface on those occasions of instantly knowing who is on the other end of the phone when it rings.
Is this an early symptom of clairvoyance or did you just receive a telepathic call from the person who called up at your phone?
Subconscious contact is pretty common in our everyday lives. But we can train our minds to such an extent that we can communicate with each other consciously as well.
Human telepathic communication is an inborn ability that most people have. In most cases, it is never developed or molded into a sense that we use purposely in every day life. This doesn't mean that we never use our telepathic abilities; it just means that most of us don't know how to focus our minds to make this kind of communication possible.
Science has proven that thoughts have a measurable frequency, similar to radio waves. By learning to control your thought frequencies and direct them in a specific manner, you can start learning how to communicate with only the power of your mind.
Here are some ways to help improve your telepathic abilities.
Get relaxed - You need to put yourself into a trance like mode, this will allow your mind to receive messages that others are trying to send you or if you want to connect with someone. When your mind and body are relaxed you are open to send and receive telepathic messages.
When you are working on your telepathic ability you should take some time to learn how to induce a trance like state.
Focus. While you are in a tranquil setting and you are relaxed, concentrate on someone you would like to contact you. Focus intently on that individual, while you imagine that individual receiving your message. Send out happy positive emotions while allowing your thoughts to express that you would like this individual to get in contact with you. Do not consider that that this is concentrating on a command. That will not work. However, continue sending positive vibrations.
Have faith - Never falter in your belief that this will work, know your receiver will get the message. Stay confident and use an open mind when exploring telepathy.
End Your Transmission. Instead of letting your mind wander to other subjects, simply retract them back into your own mind and stop projecting. There is a simple reason for this.
You must release your thoughts and feelings about this person. This has the effect of the person missing you more and thus increasing their desire to talk to you. The person should contact you very soon.
When practicing all by yourself, this is an excellent way to work on focusing your mind and natural telepathic abilities. With two people, there are other similarly powerful ways to harness your telepathic abilities.
A quick way to practice with two people.
Sender and Receiver. Choose who will send messages and who will receive them. In this example, we will presume that you will send the messages.
The receiver should keep pen and paper handy to write down any impressions he may receive. If the sender focuses on an object, the receiver may at first think he is just inventing things from his own mind, but make sure the receiver writes down all thoughts and impressions so that they can be compared to yours later.
Visualize. The sender should come up with some simple images of ahead of time that will be easy for the receiver to pick up. Most people will easily recognize a yellow banana, a red apple, or a full white moon, for example. These are common and simple items that help you project while maintaining your focus.
Transmit. Shut your eyes and focus your mind on making a connection thought-tube between sender and receiver. Visualize this thought-tube clearly in your imagination as a connection between you and the receiver.
Now, place the object you want to send to him in this tube and send it on to him directly. The image should be crystal clear in your mind. Follow your image through the tube right to the receiver.
You can train your mind to focus and send messages with the help of visualization since it is a powerful tool.
End message - Stop sending when you have seen the object reach the receiver. Stop thinking about it, this is an important step as it lets the receiver see the image appear. He or she will also have time to write it all down
Receiver. With the willingness to receive impressions with an open mind the receiver must remain relaxed and tranquil. He or she should also write down any image impression they may have received.
When the mind and thoughts are quiet anyone can experience images or flashes in their mind. The receiver may entertain doubts. However, it is very important to record any impressions of images.
Results - When your telepathic training session is complete, compare notes of what images were sent and what images were received. You should see that even untrained minds will be able to pick up vague images and even though you won't get 100% of them right on the first try, there will be a few that match up.
These results can be improved with practice.
