Helping your Subconscious Mind To Accept Telepathy
We only use ten percent of the brain to function and survive throughout life. A huge part of our brains remains unused.
We all have the power within us to transfer our thoughts to others without using anything other than the brain. This ability is present at birth.
This ability remains unused by us since we don't cultivate it. As we grow up we are encouraged only to talk, and not to explore this innate ability of the mind.
The ability, as a result, fades and comes up to the surface on times like when the phone rings and you just uncannily know who's calling you.
Is this a psychic premonition? Or did you unconsciously receive a telepathically transmitted message from the person who called you?
We often unconsciously telecommunicate with other people. But did you know that you can train your mind to telecommunicate consciously with other people?
Human telepathy is a natural inherent ability within most human beings that is usually never harnessed or guided into being one of the senses we use consciously in our daily lives. This doesn't mean we don't use it. It simply means the majority of people don't know how to focus their minds in such a way to make communication possible.
Scientists have worked on this and have figured out that our thoughts have a frequency, not unlike radio waves. They can be measured, actually. If you can master the frequency of your thoughts and learn how to chanelize them where you want, you can communicate with nothing but your mind.
Here are some ways to help improve your telepathic abilities.
Trance State. When you are able to reach a trance like state your mind is more receptive. Many individuals are capable of inducing an almost hypnotic trance where the mind is open and the body is relaxed.
If you are wanting to develop the ability to be telepathic, work on getting into the trance state to be successful with it.
Focus Your Thoughts. After you are calm, quiet, and relaxed, turn your thoughts toward someone whom you'd like to have contact you. Direct your energies toward that person. Imagine the person's mind opening to receive your message. Project positive energy and happy thoughts, and let your thoughts send the message to the person to get in touch with you. Don't try to command; this approach does work. Just make sure you project positive impressions.
Belief. You must trust that the other individual is receiving your message. Remain open minded as you begin learning to develop your telepathic focus.
Let go of the Trance State - Do not drift off, deliberately bring yourself back to reality and go on with day to day things. There is a good reason for doing this.
When you stop sending the positive vibrations the individual you were attempting to contact should experience the loss of your thoughts and will have a strong urge to re-establish communications with you. Do not be surprise when this individual reaches out to call you in the near future.
You will find this technique of learning how to focus your mind and enhancing your innate telepathic capabilities resourceful. There are equally powerful ways to learn to focus when two people are involved as the sender and receiver.
Try this simple method to hone your telepathic communication skills using two people.
Sender and Receiver - Decide which of you will be the message sender and which will be the receiver. For the purpose of this example, we'll assume you are the sender.
The receiver should scribble down whatever impressions he receives. The sender might concentrate on a simple object, but the receiver should put all his ideas down in writing for comparison later.
Visualize - You are the sender so you should have some simple images in mind to send to your receiver. These should be well known objects, for instance, a star, an orange, or an apple. These will be simple and easy to focus on and easier for you receiver to get than more complex images.
Transmitting Your Message - Close your eyes and focus on establishing a communication thought-tube between you and the receiver. Picture it clearly in your mind's-eye as connecting the two of you.
Visually place the object you want to send on or in the line you have visualized and then send it. Follow it all the way to your receiver and picture it clearly as you watch it going to its destination.
The act of visualization is a powerful tool in allowing your mind to focus on getting your message across.
End message - Stop sending when you have seen the object reach the receiver. Stop thinking about it, this is an important step as it lets the receiver see the image appear. He or she will also have time to write it all down
Receiver - The receiver should relax and remain as calm as possible. With an open mind and a willingness to receive images and impressions, the receiver should write down any impressions that come to mind.
Even if the receiver thinks the images they see are just a product of their imagination it is still important to record everything they see.
Results. At the end of your telepathic practice session, compare notes with the receiver about the impressions and images that were sent and received. You should quickly realize that even minds inexperienced in telepathic communication can often receive vague impressions. Even though you will not get them all right the first time you try, you should see a few that match up.
For best results, practice often.
